Alrighty!  This Raffle will be a little bit different!  You'll be acquiring TICKETS through a short story or drawing of your OC and the Tinta'Toll Whistle .

TICKET REQUIREMENTS 

 Acquire 1 Ticket - IF your entry comment contains Picture of Your OC

 Acquire 2 Tickets - IF your entry comment contains Pic of Your OC & short story about them and the whistle

 Acquire 4 Tickets - IF your entry comment contains Pic of Your OC w/ detailed story about them and the whistle

 Acquire 4 Tickets - IF your entry comment contains Pic of Your OC w/ the Tinta'Toll Whistle

 Writers can simply replace pic requirements with details/character specs when applicable!
